Team captain Aby Maraño also made her presence felt with a well-rounded performance, recording 10 points, including five kills, three blocks, and two aces.

The Cargo Movers also received notable contributions from their recruits. Mars Alba, making her PVL debut, displayed excellent playmaking skills, delivering 14 excellent sets and adding

F2 Logistics coach Regine Diego expressed satisfaction with the team’s victory but emphasized the need for continuous improvement. “We are happy that we won, but of course, we still have to learn more,” said Diego in a PVL report. “We have to make better connections with each other and work on reducing errors. There are still aspects of our game that require polishing.”

Farm Fresh, despite their debut loss, showed promise and resilience throughout the match. Led by Gayle Pascual’s 10 points, they fought hard in each set, challenging F2 Logistics at various points. Wielyn Estoque and Kate Santiago also made significant contributions with eight and seven points respectively.

Looking ahead, F2 Logistics is focused on their upcoming match against the Cignal HD Spikers. Coach Diego aims to maintain their winning streak and secure a spot in the semifinals as only the top two teams from each pool will advance.
